Vision Statement

ST-Projects has an active approach in reducing the use of material, with a minimal water- and carbon footprint in collaboration with a positive contribution to stakeholders interests. The processing solutions have to be high-quality, innovative and reliable to obtain the three aims, environmental, social and economic (People, Planet and Profit) of sustainability.

The policy of the three aims, environmental, social and economic are annually reviewed, reported and adjusted to the latest laws and regulations, standards, developments and interests of the stakeholders. The policies therefor are subject to continuous improvement. The goals and objectives are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time related) stipulated per life-cycle. We strive to be open and accountable for all our activities to clients, governments and other stakeholders therefore process auditing is subject to Independent third party supervision on sustainability performance by reputable and accredited parties. Environmental Policy Statement
It is our aim to have a low (to minimal) environmental impact including energy-, water- and carbon (CO2) footprint during the entire life-time of the product / installation we have build. In our vision we have to develop and manufacture innovative equipment and installations with a lean material use and low carbon footprint. The supplied processing equipment needs to be from high-quality, to serve an extended reliable life-time. The products are modular to serve an agile and versatile life-time to avoid dispose and establish return and renew. The policy is based on continues improvement of the environmental performance and will be challenged regularly. At the end of the life-time, most of the products are recyclable and mainly upgradeable in use.

Social Policy Statement
We want to have a well-balanced long-time employment and active stimulating diversity by fair towards differences in gender, age, ethnic minorities, disability and lack of basic skills and is based on a equality of the people employed. ST-Projects supports involvement of well-educated employers, who serve and educate their communities. We are committed to stimulate the wellbeing of our employees by guarding their safety and healthy environment.

Economic Policy Statement
We want to have an excellent financial performance to be able to expand to a worldwide presence and continue long-time relationships with shareholders and other stakeholders including consumers, employees, investors, communities, and other partners. ST-Projects ensures its active compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards and national or international standards regarding anti-corruption. It is our ambition and duty to commit to fair-trade and act ethical through long-time relations in the local markets without extortion and bribery. We support fair transfer pricing to realise taxation in accordance to the arm’s length principle. Suppliers need to commit to fair trade and ethical practice behaviour including the absence of child labour. We keep suppliers to these conducts of behaviour and are willing to resource if necessary.
