Hygiene regulations
We have up to date knowledge and years of experience in the field of relevant regulations and supply FDA-approved components and installations. We can also supply according to the EHEDG and HACCP regulations. EHEDG focuses on hygienic design and engineering, while HACCP focuses on identifying and controlling food safety hazards during the production process. Both approaches are complementary and can be used together to ensure a high level of food safety in your factory.
Production processes
We supply a wide range of installations for transporting, grinding, mixing, dosing, weighing, sieving, heating, cooling, freezing, baking, filling, packaging, preserving and extruding food.
Easy cleaning
Refers to the design and engineering of equipment, installations and processes for easy cleaning and hygiene. This is crucial to ensure food safety, prevent contamination and comply with hygiene regulations. Consider, for example, the use of smooth surfaces, absence of dead corners, easily dismantled equipment, etc.
In addition, we supply automated CIP (cleaning in place) systems that speed up the cleaning process by circulating cleaning solutions through the system, without the need for disassembly.
Traceability
In many countries there are laws and regulations that require food manufacturers to implement traceability systems to meet food safety standards. Traceability refers to the ability to track and record the origin, production history and distribution of foods and ingredients throughout the supply chain. The purpose of traceability is to ensure the safety of food, protect consumers and improve the speed and efficiency of any recalls in the event of food safety problems. A method that can be considered, for example, is (automated) sampling.
Atex
In the food industry situations may arise in which explosive atmospheres are created, for example due to the presence of dust, gases or vapors from production processes. It is therefore extremely important to take the correct safety measures to prevent explosion hazards. We identify your hazardous areas, carry out a risk inventory and classification, implement preventive measures and draw up a plan for maintenance and inspection of equipment and installations so that you continue to comply with safety standards and to identify and prevent potential defects or problems in a timely manner.
