YOUR EXPERIENCED PARTNER IN MATERIAL HANDLING & PROCESSING SOLUTIONS
FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETE SOLUTION
DETERMINING PROGRAM OF REQUIREMENTS
In the first phase we discuss your wishes together. Are you looking for a component-based solution or are you looking for a turn-key solution?
Concept DEVELOPING
Together we look at the possibilities and the best approach for improving your existing process or implementing new process systems. This will result in a clear action plan that meets your wishes.
PRE-ENGINEERING
Sometimes we come to the conclusion that it is more desirable to carry out pre-engineering first. During pre-engineering the basic principles of your process needs are mapped out in, for example, a P&ID before detailed engineering work begins.
In general pre-engineering lays the foundation for the successful design, engineering and execution of your project. It provides a structured framework to assess project feasibility and make appropriate decisions before making major investments in detailed engineering and construction.
detail engineering
Detailed engineering takes place after completion of the pre-engineering phase. It involves translating the conceptual designs and specifications into detailed technical drawings, plans and specifications required for the construction, installation and commissioning of your process plant. Our engineers produce detailed technical drawings, including P&IDs, layout drawings, electrical diagrams, instrumentation lists, etc. We also use 3D modeling software to create a detailed digital model of your installation.
PROJECT EXECUTION
DeProject execution includes the implementation of the design and engineering plans developed during the detail engineering phase. It is a crucial phase in which the actual construction, installation and commissioning of the process installation takes place under the supervision of one of our project managers. The project implementation is guided, monitored and adjusted where necessary by your personal project manager from start to finish.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
The installation is carried out under the watchful eye of our project manager. The project manager will then supervise the commissioning. All relevant documentation, drawings, certificates and manuals are also collected and organized for transfer to the customer. If desired, this also includes providing training to operational staff and providing support during the transition phase.
After sales
After the project is completed, we offer you our after-sales service. This may include supplying spare parts for your installation. It is essential to ensure that your systems can continue to operate continuously. We understand that you need to have quick access to spare parts when needed to minimize unplanned downtime. In consultation with you, it is possible to provide you with a spare parts list for your installation.
It is also possible to conclude a maintenance contract to have regular maintenance, inspections and repairs carried out on the equipment or systems supplied.
how can we service you?
We would like to get in touch with you to discuss your plans and issues without any obligation. Together we can take your process to a higher level!
