Hygiene regulations

We have up to date knowledge and years of experience in the field of relevant regulations and supply FDA-approved components and installations. We can also supply according to the EHEDG and HACCP regulations. Consider, for example, the use of smooth surfaces, absence of dead corners, easily dismantled equipment, etc. In addition, we supply automated CIP (cleaning in place) systems that speed up the cleaning process by circulating cleaning solutions through the system, without the need for disassembly.

quality control

Samples are taken and checked for quality and food safety during the entire process. Samples are taken from different parts of the batch, according to the sampling plan drawn up. This can be done manually or by using automated sampling equipment.

Atex

Especially in the dairy & infant industry situations can arise in which explosive atmospheres are created, mainly due to the presence of dust from certain production processes. It is therefore extremely important to take the correct safety measures to prevent explosion hazards.
